A bus trip in the Spring to see the Texas wildflowers. They leave in the morning, stop in Brenham for lunch before touring the beautiful countryside in nearby Washington county, aptly named the "Blue-bonnet Capital of the World." Several bus trips are planned throughout the year to various locations for the enjoyment of our Prime-Time Senior Adults.
-
A Southern Gospel, Sunday evening hour-long worship time with traditional hymns of the faith and a relevant message specifically geared to Senior Adults, even though all adults are welcome to attend beginning at 5:00 PM in the C105/C106 in the New Adult Building.
-
The second Tuesday of each month our Senior Adult ladies meet for Bible Study and fellowship followed by lunch at their chosen location.
-
A weekly home Bible study on Tuesday evening. Call the church office at (281) 356-8543 for contact information.
-
A wonderful group of dedicated volunteers work together to mail the church's monthly newsletter, The First Edition. If you think you might like to volunteer your time, please contact Mary Ann Stephens (Publications Secretary) at the church office at (281) 356-8543.
-
Our Prime-Timers enjoy an annual Christmas luncheon with special musical guests the first Friday afternoon in December. A gift is brought along for a needy child and donated to Society Of Samaritans, a Social Service organization in the local community that gives help and hope to the less fortunate.
These are just a few examples of the fellowship opportunities this group enjoys. We welcome you to join us at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday mornings. Just ask one of our friendly greeters, wearing the yellow vests, stationed about the church campus to direct you to this class meeting location.
