Sometimes, the challenges of life seem overwhelming. We can be influenced by a painful past. We can be discouraged by our current circumstances. And we can be disheartened by thoughts of what the future may bring. Perhaps you thought that being a Christian would inevitably solve all your problems, but you still struggle. You may have become anxious, depressed and lost hope. Have the behaviors and feelings of you or a loved one caused a poor relationship with God and others to develop? Is it time to make changes that bring about healing and peace? LifeTouch Christian Counseling offers help to people who are committed to working towards solutions. The Bible says, “Do not be anxious about anything... but let the peace of God..guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.” (Phil. 4:6-7) That may sound impossible in your current situation, but remember, God specializes in difficult, painful and damaged lives. Allow us to walk with you through this process.
The Life Touch Christian Counseling Ministry is for everyone from adolescents to adults and includes individual, couples, pre-marital, grief and loss, family, and other counseling types.

He has taught Sunday School for couples, teens, children and singles.
In marriage counseling, he initially focuses on unmet emotional needs and communication issues. In individual counseling he utilizes God’s word to guide and direct people. Our Deacon Body is receiving nominations from our church family during the month of May for prospective Deacon Yokefellow candidates. The term “yokefellow” is based on the term that the Apostle Paul used in Philippians 4:3 to describe one who was his associate in the Lord’s work in Philippi. The term is translated “comrade”, “teammate”, and “partner” in other translations.
Those who are elected by the church as Deacon Yokefellows will serve with our Deacon Body under the apprenticeship of one of our presently ordained deacons for a period of one year. Following this time of training, if the Lord confirms his calling to the ministry of deacon, the yokefellow will be ordained by the church to serve on the active Deacon Body.
Our Deacon Body will interview those who are nominated to determine their qualifications and willingness to serve. A list of Deacon Yokefellow candidates to be elected will be presented to the church for a vote on Sunday, July 25th. For more information and to nominate an individual, click here.
